USGP is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide behavioral health services to active-duty service members, veterans, and their families at Camp Lejeune. Position Highlights:

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)Licensure: Current, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state or territory (including DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands)Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an LCSW within the past 3 yearsCertifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Core Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teamsProvide individual, group, couples, and family therapy servicesAddress a wide range of issues including psychiatric, medical, and social challengesRefer patients to appropriate community and governmental resourcesOffer consultation services to other healthcare professionals regarding patients’ psychosocial needsParticipate in case reviews, peer consultations, and professional development opportunities
