ARCHITECT Job Description We are seeking a talented Architect to join our multi-discipline project team. This role involves supporting the programming, conceptual development, design, and construction document preparation of facility-related projects from conception through construction. Responsibilities + Develop project scope and design visual representations. + Create design drawings and write specifications. + Assist with construction administration services. + Engage in daily meetings and communication with clients and design teams, both remotely and in various office locations. + Collaborate with a team of talented design professionals in Saginaw and Grand Rapids. Essential Skills + Bachelor's degree in Architecture. + Professional registration or ability to become a licensed Registered Architect in Michigan. + Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecture. + Proficiency in Revit software. + Successful work history collaborating with consultants, owners, and contractors on projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with AutoCAD is a plus. + Experience in commercial, industrial, healthcare, multi-family, and municipal projects. + LEED accreditation is advantageous. + Excellent communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Work Environment A very flexible hybrid schedule is offered. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Saginaw, MI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $52.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
