Level II Desktop Support
Job Description A national leading medical group of physicians and advanced practitioners specializing in Gastrointestinal health is seeking a Remote Level II Technician to join their Information Technology team in their Chelmsford, Acton, and Framingham area. This person will be handling Level I and Level II support for the practices. A day to day includes supporting the Level I tickets that come in including diagnosing, troubleshooting, Active Directory as well as Level II support for application troubleshooting, supporting firewalls, routers, switches, and printer diagnosis. When a ticket is onsite, this individual is required to travel to the location and help troubleshoot the issue. Environments supported include Microsoft, Citrix, Ring Central Phone Systems, and TicketSystems. Skills and Requirements HS Diploma A+ Cert 3+ years of IT support for Level I and Level II MS Teams, Citrix, and VoIP application experience Over the phone support experience of at least 3 years Experienced with in person diagnostics for printers, routers, switches, and firewalls
