This appointment is scheduled to begin on August 25, 2026, and end on April 30, 2027. Course Title: Introduction to Talmud, for undergraduate students. Course Objectives: To introduce the classic Jewish text of the Talmud with attention to its diverse genres and contexts of late antiquity. **Required Qualifications*** The candidate must hold a Master's Degree or PhD with competency in Talmudic studies within the frameworks of religious studies and Judaic studies. Prior teaching experience required, specifically experience in teaching Talmud is desired. **Desired Qualifications*** Knowledge of relevant languages. **Modes of Work** Positions that are eligible for hybrid or mobile/remote work mode are at the discretion of the hiring department.
