**About The Role:**
As a CBRE Legal Technology Manager, you will oversee the management of legal applications and support our digital strategy and planning.
This role involves tracking system issues and enhancement requests, documenting system guidelines, training and playbooks as well as working on key digital and technology initiatives.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Manage and maintain legal applications, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
+ Track and prioritize enhancements and issue resolutions based on user requests.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital strategy initiatives.
+ Assist in aligning eBilling and financial technology to our legal finance processes.
+ Manage and maintain matter intake, rate approvals and user administration including on and offboarding of systems.
+ Document legal service request processes and technology integration maps.
+ Create detailed presentations and documentation for both business-as-usual technology operations and project-specific support.
+ Build documentation around system guidelines, playbooks and standards of use.
+ Proactively spot opportunities for technology improvements and take the initiative to implement solutions.
+ Provide training and support to users on legal technology tools and applications.
+ Monitor industry trends and standard methodologies to influence technology planning and decision-making.

+ 3-5 years proven experience in legal technology management or a related field. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
+ Experience with legal technology, specifically document management, matter management and eBilling, legal service request tools and contact lifecycle management.
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Strong documentation skills including process engineering and mapping.
+ Communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Shows initiative and takes a proactive approach.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Legal Technology Manager position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Legal Technology Manager position is $120,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
