Overview General Law Business Partner Sr Coord Responsibilities Trademark & IP Clearance & Filing Support Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external counsel to ensure trademarks are properly, clearance check process. Example: Aligning the new logo artwork in Vietnam with trademark filing requirements. Packaging & Labeling Compliance Reviewing packaging elements for legal risks. Ensuring compliance with PepsiCo’s Commercialization Control Framework (CCF). Cross-Market IP Coordination Supporting trademark matters across jurisdictions in Aisa operation unit. Managing timelines, feedback on advice and approvals. Deliver Trademark Training session to internal and external stakeholders Legal Advisory & Risk Mitigation Providing guidance on IP-related risks in innovation projects and marketing campaigns. Ensuring appropriate and protected use of PepsiCo’s brand assets. Trademark Licensing Use of Third-party Trademark Coordinate with external Counsel and Global TM Group on TM Infringement Corporate Secretary Board and Committee Meeting Coordination Organize and track meetings for entities under Asia. Prepare and circulate meeting notices, agendas, and pre-read materials. Collaborate with external counsel to ensure compliance with local legal requirements. Minutes and Resolutions Management Circulate minutes of meetings (MOMs) and resolutions. Manage proxy forms, definitive information statements, and archiving of signed documents. Director Appointments and Resignations Coordinate director changes with external company secretaries and legal teams. Handle statutory filings, wet signatures, and seal applications. JV Governance Support Align governance frameworks across JVs like SPBT, SPVB, and PCPPI. Support signing and archiving systems tailored to JV needs. Apply PepsiCo’s internal governance policies to JV operations, ensuring board representation and compliance. Assist in the execution and documentation of JV agreements, Work with Corporate Secretary team on updating hCue Legal Operation & Marketing Legal Transformation & Contract Management Led rollout and configuration of contract and matter management systems (LawVu platform). Coordinated with System engineers and Legal team on contract type finalization, training, and testing. Supported go-live of new contract workflows and managed communications across Legal and Businteams. Developed training guides and conducted scenario-based testing for Legal and Business users. Streamline way of working with Marketing partners Identify working gap and content before approval release on marketing materials from Trademark and other IPR. Partner with control and Tax team on define SKELTA memo to the right format to make sure all approver get the sufficient data as release the memo at the right timeline Reviewing and issuing Export Authorization letter to marketing and commercial team such as Export Authorization, New products, Brand, SKU Authorization letter, Premium Authorization and Trademark Licensing matters. Being the key stakeholder with the design team for new product collaboration campaign and Merch project. Checkbox coordination and legal front door implementation PepGPT exploration and implementation Partnering with all marketing teams & advise on local advertising and marketing laws, and guide users on PepsiCo marketing policies policies. Legal review of all marketing material and development of SOPs, guidelines, work instruction "Provide consultation and contract support including the drafting, review, and negotiation contracts, including agreements, amendments, letters of intent, MOU etc. 1)marketing related contracts e.g. agency services agreements, talent endorsement contracts, marketing collaboration agreements, sponsorships, design agreements 2)authorization letters (i.e. export to new territories, new SKUs or flavour variants) to bottlers, unilateral support letters, distributor agreements local partners for collaboration projects (co-branding) e.g. licensing agreement 3)Assist implementation of company’s corporate and global policies where applicable and provide support to all other functions in relation to legal documentation required for the implementation of company policies and processes " Qualifications Law Degree from a mid-top tier school; admitted to practice law with current legal practioner’s certificate. Preferred to have 4 to 6 years of experience of which a minimum 2-3 years as an in-house lawyer, particularly in consumer goods. Experience in FMCG, particularly food & beverage a plus. Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating corporate contracts and dealing with suppliers, customers and different stakeholders. Superior analytical ability and meticulous attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office applications with excellent PowerPoint skills Proven communication skills – verbal and written Strong Organisational & Planning skills Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) Strong analytical ability Knowledge of trademarks and copyrights
