Make your mark in Legal Our Legal team provides first class advice to colleagues and functions across the organization – ensuring AIG navigates an ever-changing landscape that spans state, federal, and international lines. The team has a multi-dimensional impact, from helping avoid legal exposure to collaborating with other functions to develop cutting-edge new products. Legal Secretary role will mainly facilitate board meetings and shareholders' meetings and support projects that are time-sensitive, complex, and detailed. Key Responsibilities + Responsible for facilitating Board meetings and shareholders' meetings including communication with local & regional stakeholders, and making a draft of a minute etc. + Supporting local & regional legal Projects/tasks + Maintaining and Inputting legal data within internal systems + Assisting department related work Position Requirements: + Excellent communication and, organization skills. + Experience as a Legal Secretary or in legal area preferred + Strong sense of professional ethics required. + A bachelor's degree required. + Less than 1 year of experience as a Legal Secretary/Open to entry level candidates + Fluency in English highly preferred #LI-SK1 At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
