Job Description

The Legal Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the legal department, assisting in the preparation, review, and management of corporate legal documents. This role involves translating legal documents and aiding in various legal procedures and administrative tasks to ensure compliance with corporate, labor, and commercial law.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist legal counsel/manager in preparing, reviewing, and managing corporate legal documents across various topics, including corporate, labor, and commercial law.

Translate legal documents as required to support the legal team's needs.

Aid in drafting minutes for important meetings, such as shareholders' resolutions and board meetings.

Handle the legalization of employee documents meticulously.

Manage legal publications and ensure timely follow-ups.

Assist with filing and publication requirements specifically for entities in Portugal.

Provide support and assistance in formulating legal replies for support and production teams.

Participate in the process of liquidating or closing local entities, ensuring all legal requirements are met.

Candidate profile:

Hold a degree in Law. An option in paralegal studies is an asset.

At least 3 years of experience;

Fluent in English. A good knowledge of French is a a plus.

Strong communication skills.

Organized and have an eye for details.

Effective, proactive and creative mindset;
