Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiter to join their Human Resources team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in driving experienced attorney and staff hiring for the firm. This role will partner closely with senior HR leadership, firm stakeholders, and external search partners to lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding efforts in a fast-paced, highly collaborative professional services environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident interacting with candidates and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Bachelor's degree, required.4+ years legal recruiting or talent management experience, required.Law firm experience, required.Direct sourcing experience, strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently with candidates and senior leaders.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.Flexibility to accommodate occasional extended hours and travel as needed.

The base salary for this role is $95,000 - $115,000 per year.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
