* Act as primary gatekeeper for assigned attorneys, independently managing competing priorities, confidential matters, and complex schedules
* Anticipate attorney needs through deep knowledge of individual work styles, practice priorities, and recurring commitments
* Deliver high-level client service through proactive communication with internal teams, clients, courts, and external counsel
* Manage complex calendaring across multiple attorneys, clients, offices, and time zones using advanced Microsoft Outlook skills
* Draft, edit, proofread, and produce correspondence, presentations, and legal documents with exceptional attention to detail
* Coordinate internal and external meetings, handling all logistics including conference rooms, video conferencing, and materials preparation
* Arrange and manage domestic and international travel, maintaining attorney preferences and contingency plans
* Reconcile and process attorney expenses; manage Chrome River and AMEX allocations and resolve outstanding items
* Draft, review, and manage attorney time entries; coordinate with billing teams to ensure timely, accurate invoicing
* Monitor and manage attorney inboxes, organize Outlook folders, and ensure proper filing of documents and emails in iManage
* Recommend and implement workflow and process improvements to enhance efficiency and service delivery
