Regulatory Approvals and Foreign Payment ComplianceFacilitate procurement of necessary approvals for repatriation of funds and assist with endorsements and documentation required for foreign payments. 5. Risk Management and MitigationIdentify legal and regulatory risks, develop mitigation strategies, and support the business in implementing risk control measures. 6.
