**Our client, a leader in the commercial banking industry, is seeking a Legal Document Admin to join their team.** As a Legal Document Admin, you will be part of the Legal and Documentation Review department supporting Commercial Banking teams. **Pay Range:**
$38/hour
We are seeking experienced individuals for the role of Contract Analyst, focusing on the review and analysis of commercial banking documents, specifically those related to Wells Fargo's business dealings. This role involves:
+ **Contract Review** : Scrutinizing contract terminology to ensure accuracy and completeness before uploading to an online repository.
+ **Analytical Skills** : Understanding the intricate details and relationships within contracts, requiring thorough analysis.
+ **Legal Insight** : While a legal background is beneficial, it is not mandatory. The emphasis is on familiarity with contracts and document review rather than paralegal experience.
+ **Document Management** : Handling extensive documents, often exceeding 200 pages.
+ **Training and Experience** : Candidates will receive training on specific review criteria, though prior experience is advantageous.
+ **Analytical Focus** : The primary responsibility is the detailed analysis of contracts and their interconnections.
+ **Desirable Traits** : Enthusiasm, a strong personal drive to succeed, and the ability to provide compelling examples of past work.
+ **Additional Skills** : Experience with ADA compliance is a plus, with opportunities for cross-training in this area.
