What this role is all about:

Our clients are international and our business needs a strong legal support in various jurisdictions. Internal departments need to rely on your legal expertise to support current and new clients. As we are continually expanding our footprint, we need to make sure that we are compliant in every country where we operate.

 

What you’ll do:

Efficiently and adequately support the business in area of contract supportClosely cooperating with relevant internal and external stakeholdersAdequately able to support contract negotiations in multijurisdictional environmentDealing with external advisors regarding various contract law matters, domestic and foreignAble to fully understand internal policies and reflect them in the contract/negotiation processEffective risk management techniques and proactivity in advising on possible legal issuesResearching and evaluating different risk factors in foreign jurisdictionsBeing able to full understand the companies products and underlaying legal risks from contractual perspective


What makes you a strong fit:

You have 1 to 4 years experience in legal workLaw degree (LLB/LLM); additional LLM/Diploma studies is an advantageBar exam (or equivalent professional qualification exam) is an advantageStrong analytical skillsAbility and willingness to work in global environmentFull professional fluency in English and FrenchAbility to work in additional foreign language is an advantageStrong negotiation skills in international environment and problem solving – solution orientated mindsetEffective task managementTeam player with learning agilityYou have organizational, analytical and writing skills; you are quick learner, and you have a strong sense of initiativeStrong work ethic, dedicated and efficient in handling multiple tasks in fast paced environment
