The Opportunity
We are seeking to recruit a Legal Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Nicosia office. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized professional to contribute to our legal practice by providing support and enhancing the efficiency of our operations. The role involves working on a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth running of our legal services.
Your Responsibilities
Providing administrative support to the team, including document preparation, scheduling, and file management
Assisting with the preparation and submission of legal documents and correspondence
Coordinating communication between clients and external parties
Maintaining and organizing client files and legal databases
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel for legal staff
Conducting preliminary legal research to assist attorneys in case preparation
Handling billing and invoicing processes for clients
What You Bring
Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Highly motivated individual who can work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
High levels of discretion and confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High sense of responsibility and professionalism
Strong commitment to personal learning and development
Ability to work in teams
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Greek
