Our client, a leader in the legal and financial services industry, is seeking a Legal Admin - VMO to join their team. As a Legal Admin - VMO, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting legal document review and validation processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Legal Admin - VMO
**Location: Charlotte, NC**
**What's the Job?**
+ Review physical legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with state requirements
+ Verify that all items within legal documents match corresponding paperwork
+ Test information before it is sent out to third-party legal partners
+ Check notarization on legal documents for validity
+ Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed
**What's Needed?**
+ At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in legal or quality assurance roles
+ Knowledge of collection law and civil procedures (preferred but not mandatory)
+ Experience with litigation processes and civil legal documentation
+ Basic proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
+ Understanding of credit card processes and documentation (preferred)
