Vi søker en pålitelig og arbeidsom medarbeider til en aktiv og variert rolle i vårt logistikksenter. Du vil ha ansvar for lasting, lossing, forsendelse, mottak, skanning, sortering og lagring av pakker. Arbeidet foregår i et høyt tempo, og du vil kunne bruke tyngre maskiner og utstyr som en del av jobben. Andre oppgaver kan tilkomme etter behov.

Arbeidsoppgaver

Lære og utføre UPS sine standardiserte metoder for pakkehåndtering

Laste og losse pakker fra trailere og distribusjonsbiler

Bidra til effektiv flyt i lager- og logistikkprosessen
 

Kvalifikasjoner

Må kunne løfte opptil 32 kg

Evne til å lese og huske postnumre

Fleksibel og tilgjengelig for skiftarbeid opptil 5 dager i uken

Erfaring fra lagerarbeid er en fordel, men ikke et krav

Oppstart er fortløpende og arbeidstider vil være på kveldstid kl. 16:45 - 20:30 mandag - fredag fast

Det er en fordel med egen bil for å komme seg til og fra arbeidsplassen.

Job Summary
This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. This position may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Ability to read and memorize postal codes
Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Warehouse experience - Preferred

Start-up will be ongoing, and working hours will be in the evening.

Having your own car is an advantage for getting to and from the workplace.
