Leasing Strategy Manager
This is a really interesting higher level role within the residential leasing space for someone who has experience in people management and ideally coming from a strategic, business focused role within a Real Estate environment. 

Benefits & Perks$80,000 - $115,000 base salary (based on experience)3 weeks vacationFull extended health and dental benefitsResponsibilitiesLease-Up Strategy + Leadership: Plan and execute successful lease-up programs to meet or exceed absorption and occupancy targets.Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor leasing teams in coordination with the Corporate Trainer to ensure consistent performance and adherence to customer service standards.Marketing Coordination: Partner with the Marketing team to ensure leasing teams have all the tools, materials, and assets needed to support active campaigns and on-site initiatives.Performance Oversight: Monitor leasing team performance and provide ongoing coaching, motivation, and feedback to drive results.Reporting & Analysis: Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reports to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities; implement effective strategies to overcome barriers and accelerate leasing velocity.Management Reporting: Provide detailed weekly and monthly updates to the senior management team, summarizing leasing performance, market insights, and tactical adjustments.Pricing Strategy: Recommend and adjust pricing and incentives based on market conditions, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with project goals.Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all leasing documentation and data entry are accurate and completed in accordance with company policies and BC compliance requirements.Market Awareness: Monitor competing properties, analyze market trends, and adapt leasing strategies to maintain a strong position.Referral Programs: Manage internal referral initiatives and develop external referral channels through strategic community partnerships and outreach.Ongoing Operations: Apply leasing expertise to support turnover suites and maintain occupancy levels at stabilized communities.Qualifications3-5 years of proven experience in managing a real estate leasing or sales program & team, preferably within new development.Strong leadership and team coaching skills.Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and market trends.Strategic thinker.
