About The Role:
Be responsible under the leadership of Associate Director to monitor and ensure achievement of the approved business planGrow tenant advisory and landlord services including strategy development, annual objectives and potential targets in both HCMC & HNWork closely with staff in other Cushman & Wakefield service lines nationally and internationally for the benefit of the businessHelp tenants identify and align strategic business, financial, and operational objectives with real estate requirements, including acquisition, renewal, relocation, or consolidation services.Create and leverage opportunities in the marketplace to secure the most advantageous transaction structure, advise clients on how to best leverage their tenancies in the market to achieve maximum value and flexibility.Provide standardized financial analyses that enable thorough comparison of space options under consider, so that clients can benefit from an accurate budget for transactions and annual occupancy costs.About You:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing or administration.Member of RICS / AI preferredKnowledge of Vietnam and international real estate market and in-depth knowledge in the commercial estate is must.Extensive knowledge of tenancy strategy, market development and customer relationship management.Well-established networks with developers and corporate clientsStrong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
