Leasing & Infrastructure Business Support Analyst

While receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction, the incumbent is responsible for coordinating and managing the day-to-day running of this Infrastructure area. Day-to-day Leasing Business Support may cover activities such as: communications with our brokerage firm, tracking of all critical dates for leases in Lucernex and administrative support to include; draft documents, coordinate meetings and create presentations.  You will build knowledge of the company, processes and customers when liaising with the other business areas such as finance, legal, compliance, and facilities which may also be an integral part of the role.

Primary responsibilities include

The incumbent is responsible for contributing to the development and implementation of the overall business support strategy that is aligned with organizational goals and objectives of the Office Strategy Leasing & Execution Team.The incumbent’s involvement with leasing business support strategy, may also include responsibilities assisting in identifying areas for improvement in business support processes, systems, and workflows.The incumbent is also responsible for coordination of specific work tasks with other colleagues within the department as well as with other departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.The incumbent is responsible for process execution and improvement, which includes identifying opportunities to improve and streamline leasing business support processes. This will include incorporation of end to end leasing activities within Lucernex.Lastly, the incumbent is responsible for service delivery and performance, which involves assisting in ensuring the delivery of high-quality business support services to internal stakeholders and collaborating with the team to address issues or bottlenecks in service delivery and seek opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate/Property, or related field or work-based equivalentMust have excellent verbal and written skills as well as interpersonal and organizational skillsAdapts to change and works well in a fast paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, is also requiredPower BI a plus

Hours & Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: M-F in office 4 days a week in Johnston, RI and 1 day remote.
