Job Description

As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the front line of customer service for both current and prospective residents. You will collaborate closely with the Community Manager to enhance resident relations. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents.Lease apartments to prospective residents, including conducting initial meetings, tours, screening applications, and managing move-ins and move-outs.Administer work orders and turnovers.Maintain organization of the office, lobby, and clubhouse.Use Microsoft Office Suite to enter data, create documents, and schedule appointments.Enter information into the database and create presentations.Update the company website and social media sites with online advertising.Stay informed on market conditions and understand how the property compares to competitors.Comply with Fair Housing laws and other applicable regulations.Manage time efficiently by prioritizing tasks and scheduling effectively.Meet leasing quotas.Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role.

Essential Skills

Proven customer service skills.Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.Strong sales and communication skills.Experience in property management and community support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

GED required.At least one year of experience in a sales environment.At least one year of experience in customer service.Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tigard, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
