Our client, a real estate development and investment company, is seeking an on-site temporary Leasing Consultant to support their team in Washington, DC!

About the Job:

Act as the face of the building.Work with tenants, talk through leases, set up follow-up appointments, and respond to resident requests.Conduct tours for prospective residents and ensure a smooth move-in experience.Community/resident event planning and flyer creation.Other tasks/responsibilities as needed.

About You:

1+ years of experience in leasing, real estate, or other relevant position is highly desired.Outstanding sales skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.Strong MS Office Suite skills are required; Yardi experience is preferred.Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Position:
