This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services. **What You’ll Do:** + Act as a liaison with stakeholders and landlords to drive resolution to mitigate risk for client assets. + Point of contact for a specific region existing locations, and client critical issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc. + Manage the quality control review process for administered leases. Ensure verifications and updates meet the required lease related compliance and reporting. + Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. + May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives. + Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams. + Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus. **What You’ll Need:** + High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. + Strong property management, basic lease negotiation, legal letter writing, and customer service skills preferred. + In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. + Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
