What You’ll Do

Manage cash collection from tenants and landlords, ensuring timely and accurate allocationHandle VAT invoice collection and support the resolution of overpayments and returned paymentsReconcile debtor and creditor accounts and resolve critical balance queriesCollaborate with internal teams (AP, AR, Data, Estate Management) and external stakeholders (landlords, managing agents, suppliers)Maintain process documentation and support internal/external auditsPrepare regular and ad hoc reports on financial performance and critical balancesContribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team

What We’re Looking For

Education & ExperienceBSc/MSc degree (or equivalent experience in real estate operations in an international setting)1+ year of relevant work experienceBackground in finance or economics is a plusExperience in finance processing in a multinational environment is an advantage

Skills & CompetenciesStrong IT literacy and intermediate MS Office skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProactive, flexible, and eager to learn

LanguagesEnglish (Upper Intermediate or higher)Additional European languages are a plus
