Professional Qualifications
BSc/MSc degree
Minimum 1 year of data processing or real estate operations experience in an international environment
Language RequirementsEnglish: Upper‑intermediate
Dutch: Intermediate
Additional European languages are an advantage
Required SkillsStrong IT literacy
Intermediate MS Office
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong work ethic and flexibility
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn
Key ResponsibilitiesComply with Client and Cushman & Wakefield processes and quality standards
Deliver contracted service levels
Regular TasksManage own workload efficiently and support team members when needed
Collaborate with PSC PA and other C&W partners
Complete required trainings and continuously develop knowledge of PSC PA service areas (Data Management, Account Management, Finance, Helpdesk)
Support all PSC PA service areas with assigned tasks, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery
Read and process real estate leases and related documents; maintain accurate property and lease data
Produce ad hoc reports
Handle invoice processing, validations, and reconciliations
Manage queries and shared mailboxes
Participate in meetings and calls
Contribute to team backup processes and maintain BAU documentation
Provide updates and input for activity trackers and communicate risks to timely delivery
