Lease Administration Regional Lead Job ID 256285 Posted 19-Jan-2026 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Property Management Location(s) Makati City - National Capital Region - Philippines **About the Role** As a Lease Administration Regional Lead at CBRE, you will oversee the accuracy and integrity of lease and portfolio data across the region while serving as the subject matter expert for data management, rent management, and lease administration. This role is part of the Portfolio Data Management and Lease Administration functional area, which focuses on ensuring data accuracy, maintaining financial and lease records, supporting strategic reporting, and enabling effective decision‑making for real estate operations. **What You’ll Do:** + Act as the primary point of contact for regional Real Estate teams regarding data management, rent management, and lease administration. + Collaborate across departments such as finance, real estate, tax, and planning to ensure alignment and consistency of portfolio data. + Ensure adherence to client standard operating procedures and governance requirements. + Maintain high levels of data integrity for portfolio and lease administration records. + Lead regional portfolio reporting activities, ensuring outputs are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. + Provide financial data analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for the account. + Serve as the link between portfolio data systems and financial planning tools, ensuring accurate and timely data transfers that support strategic decision‑making. + Act as the regional escalation point for inquiries related to data, rent, and lease administration. + Oversee data change requests, lease abstraction activities, and ongoing data clean‑up initiatives. + Facilitate monthly Data Management and Finance Management meetings, track action items, and communicate priorities clearly to stakeholders. + Manage KPI monitoring and reporting for Data Management and Finance Management at the regional level. + Deliver ad-hoc portfolio and financial data support as required, ensuring timely and reliable results. **What You’ll Need:** + Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. + Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage. + At least 5 years of experience in lease administration, portfolio data management, or corporate real estate, including direct team leadership experience. + Demonstrated experience managing large datasets and maintaining data accuracy across multiple regions. + Proficiency with real estate portfolio management systems. + Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis tools. + Solid understanding of lease structures, real estate terminology, and compliance requirements. + Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and produce actionable insights. + Experience preparing accurate and timely reports for senior leaders. + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. + Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. + Ability to resolve escalations effectively and approach challenges with a problem‑solving mindset. + Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a global team environment. + Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a client organization. + Capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
