**About the Job**
Manages delivery of contracted lease administration services for several client teams, a significant off-site portfolio or a regional office serving a large number of accounts. Establishes, implements and monitors processes to produce timely and accurate client reports and services. Manages all aspects of the client relationship.
**What You'll Do**
+ Supervises staff responsible for portfolio administration services for assigned clients
+ Works with Manager to set performance goals and tracks team accomplishments
+ Fosters a team environment and empowers direct reports to lead their teams
+ Identifies and implements process improvement initiatives with leadership approval
+ Shares best practices and provides training to ensure consistency across regions
+ Establishes a forum for continuous review and improvement of business methods
+ Sets up and participates in Audit and Implementation SWAT teams as needed
+ Reviews leased and owned portfolios to assess risk, accuracy, and value
+ Communicates findings and account status to clients
+ Prepares detailed client correspondence on audit results and ad hoc reports
+ Monitors the quality of work produced by lease administration team members
+ Participates in preparing and delivering RFPs to current and potential clients
+ Advises internal teams on client-specific needs during presentation preparation
+ Attends corporate services meetings with clients to review and propose services
+ Performs other duties as assigned
+ Provides formal supervision within a functional or operational area
+ Approves or recommends staffing decisions including hiring, promotion, and termination
+ Plans and monitors staffing levels and labor utilization
+ Prepares and delivers performance appraisals
+ Mentors and coaches team members to build competencies
+ Leads by example and models company values
**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or real estate
+ At least 10 years of commercial real estate experience
+ Preferred: Background in property management or real estate accounting
+ No certifications or licenses required
+ Able to understand and interpret complex business documents
+ Skilled in addressing sensitive issues and writing formal content
+ Capable of delivering persuasive presentations to various audiences
+ Strong ability to motivate and negotiate with key stakeholders
+ Deep understanding of financial terms and principles
+ Proficient in calculating complex figures and preparing budgets
+ Experienced in conducting financial and business analysis
+ Strong problem-solving skills in complex situations
+ Expert in analytical and quantitative thinking
+ Able to develop strategic solutions in a matrix-based environment
+ Makes impactful recommendations based on analysis
+ Well-versed in lease administration functions
+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Familiar with desktop, graphics, and presentation software
+ Makes decisions based on deep understanding of policies and procedures
+ Responsible for setting department deadlines
+ Aware that errors in judgment may have long-term impacts
