Job Description Summary

The Lease Admin Business Analyst plays a key role in supporting portfolio administration teams. This role focuses on driving operational excellence through process optimization, data accuracy, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

About the Role:

Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, SLA snapshots, and cycle-time reports to ensure accurate and timely performance monitoring.Support the documentation of processes, updates, and client changes while contributing to workflow optimization and operational efficiency improvements.Partner with internal teams and key client contacts to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment on priorities and deliverables.Leverage platforms such as Power BI, Smartsheet, and other internal systems for reporting, project tracking, and insights generation.Support the automation of reports and operational processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

About you:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in operations, reporting, analytics, or a related support function within a service‑driven environment.Demonstrated ability to maintain dashboards, trackers, and performance reports, with proficiency in Power BI, Smartsheet, Excel, or comparable reporting tools. Strong capability in documenting processes and supporting workflow optimization and operational efficiency initiatives, with high attention to detail.Comfortable working across multiple systems and tools, with exposure to automated reporting or process automation preferred.Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally, support client interactions, and manage recurring deliverables.
