THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:
The Learning Management System (LMS) Analyst supports the technical administration, reporting, and optimization of the enterprise LMS. This role focuses on system configuration, data integrity, user support, and continuous improvement to ensure the LMS operates efficiently and meets the organization’s learning and development needs. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to deepen their expertise in learning technologies and digital workforce development solutions.
YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:
Support the configuration, maintenance, and testing of the LMS and related learning technology modules.Provide daily system support to HR, Learning & Development partners, managers, and employees; upload courses, configure learning/curricula assignments, troubleshoot issues, resolve system errors, and escalate to vendors when needed.Serve as the primary system owner of the LMS, partnering with HRIS, L&D, IT, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure strong system performance and reliability.Monitor data quality and maintain system accuracy, including audits, compliance reporting, learning record management, and system documentation.Support system enhancements and new feature releases, assessing impacts, conducting user acceptance testing, updating configuration settings, and communicating changes to stakeholders.Build, maintain, and validate LMS reports, dashboards, and learning analytics, including compliance and completion tracking.Ensure integration stability with HRIS, content providers, digital learning tools, and other talent systems.Develop and deliver user training, job aids, and documentation to enable effective use of the LMS by administrators, managers, and employees.Document learning workflows and collaborate with Learning & Development and HR Operations to identify opportunities for system and process improvements.THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
3+ years of hands-on experience administering a Learning Management System (Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SuccessFactors LMS, or similar required).Strong understanding of learning and development processes, compliance training workflows, and digital learning ecosystems.Experience with system configuration, reporting, content management, and user security administration.Proficient in eLearning software and content authoring tools (i.e., Articulate, Elucidat, etc).Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups, including HR, IT, Compliance, and business leaders.Exceptional attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Experience supporting enterprise or global learning organizations.Formal LMS platform certifications or training (e.g., Cornerstone Certified, Workday Pro, etc.).Experience with HRIS or learning tool integrations (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, content providers, SSO).Knowledge of compliance training requirements, including regulatory and audit standards.Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or large-scale learning technology enhancements.The pay range for this position is $77,600.00 - $102,000.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company’s bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs.
