Develop effective training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids, using instructional design principles. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** Proven track record in designing and developing learning experiences. Strong consultative skills to connect with various business units. Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems. Expertise in tools like Camtasia, Articulate Suite, and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience with learning management systems, preferably COMPASS Cornerstone. + **Skills:** Excellent communication and project management skills. Strong stakeholder management skills in a fast-paced agile environment. Exceptional time management and customer service skills.
