We are in the Central Business District, steps away from the government interministerial building. We are a 4-star hotel. About the Job:
As a Learning & Development Supervisor, you will play a key role in shaping an exceptional team member experience by identifying training needs and delivering high quality learning across the hotel. You will also support departments in achieving their training objectives and fostering a strong learning culture;..
Roles and Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality training programs to Team Members.
Prepare, coordinate and implement the Annual Training Plan.
Work closely with Heads of Departments and the HR Manager to systematically identify training and development needs across the hotel.
Conduct job skills checklist training in collaboration with operational teams.
Ensure full compliance with Annual Mandatory/Compliance Trainings
Provide an outstanding onboarding experience for all new Team Members. Train new hires and HODs on HGI brand personality, HR processes, products and systems while actively promoting Hilton’s learning culture
Maintain and update the Training Tracker in accordance with QA requirements.
Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Attributes:
University Degree or relevant qualification in a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Learning & Development (L&D) role; experience in the hospitality industry and in a higher level position is an added advantage.
Previous supervisory experience is essential.
