What is this opportunity?
This role will deliver and innovate comprehensive training programs that equip and empower new assistants/associates to master their roles through dynamic, multi-format training solutions that drive efficiency, client service and team contribution, with emphasis on virtual accessibility and long-term success through coaching and behavioral support.Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership
Own and innovate the Admin/Associate Fundamentals virtual training program, including innovation, delivery, and resource creationSupport the Intro to Branches - New to Head Office ProgramSupport the annual WM Intern Essentials ProgramMaintain the New to DS online course content with current, relevant curriculumTraining Delivery & Support
Deliver robust orientation and process training across virtual and in-person formatsProvide periodic support for regional training sessions across the countryConduct post-program coaching and behavioral assessmentsGenerate proactive reporting to Branch Management TeamsCurriculum & Content Development
Review and update training materials to reflect evolving processes, role requirements, and industry trendsCreate and maintain professional training materialsIntegrate emerging policies and organizational updates into programsStakeholder Collaboration
Consult with Branch Managers, Operations Managers, and Regional teams to identify learning needsServe as subject matter expert with external vendors and senior managersPartner strategically with Head Office teams to align training goals and share best practicesPresent in training programs as neededLogistics & Project Management
Manage all logistical coordination (invitations, room bookings, materials production, timely follow-up)Must Have
2+ years of experience in a support role within Wealth Management/DS IA teamsSolid knowledge of wealth management industry, products, operational requirements, and client/IA needsExcellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detailSelf-motivated, proven ability to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate effectively across teams and be perceived as a trusted business partner and subject matter expertComfortable with public speaking and presenting to groupsStrong commitment to client service excellenceAbility to build and maintain effective professional relationshipsNice to Have
Flexibility in adapting to evolving priorities and responsibilitiesCuriosity and commitment to innovationDemonstrated willingness to share best practices and drive continuous improvementPrevious training/coaching experienceCompletion of CSC/CPHJob Skills

Compensation for this position (including salary and discretionary/variable payments) will be determined by factors, including but not limited to candidate's experience, skills, registration status, performance, individual goals, market conditions, and business needs.
Pay Range
The expected pay range for this position is:
$67,000.00 - $110,000.00The pay range provided is for the primary work location referenced in the Additional Job Details section of this job posting. Pay ranges may differ based on location. If the posting lists multiple job locations, a recruiter can confirm availability of the role and the relevant pay rage for the additional locations listed.
