About the Role


As a Learning and Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our learning culture. In this position you will be responsible for supporting the global Talent Management & People Development organization in the effective delivery of the global training and development activities by supporting Learning and Development Coordinators within the area. Your contributions will directly support the growth and development of our employees across the organization. You will report to the Global Learning Operations Manager in Kraków.

Key Responsibilities

Support global usage of our Learning Portal (Docebo), managers and other administrators in the system

Support Learning and Development Coordinators and administrate corporate training programs

Support employees to navigate the Learning Portal

Improve the way of working with the learning portal administration and surrounding administration processes together with the Process Owners

Support data analytics, impact measurements and learning statistics

Prepare and update all necessary documentation and communication

Requirements

Theoretical knowledge of learning management systems. Practical experience is nice to have, especially with Docebo LMS

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights

Structured approach and attention to details

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools

Proactive, curious, and willing to learn, develop and take own responsibility to deliver excellent service and support

Spoken and written fluency in English

Availability of 30-40 hours per week

Preferred candidates are in the 4th or 5th year of their studies, freshly graduated or have equivalent experience or knowledge in L&D area.
