We are seeking a skilled professional to join our European Business Support Center (EBSC) team at Marsh. This role will be based in Warsaw. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

The Learning & Development Expert will be a key member of the Operations Learning and Development Team, responsible for developing and delivering effective learning programs that drive performance and growth across our European operations. You will play a central role in shaping a learner-focused environment and advancing organizational capabilities.

We will count on you to:

Lead the development and implementation of various L&D programsEvaluate existing programs and recommend enhancementsDesign and deliver on-site and virtual courses, workshops, and other internal learning initiativesManage learning projects, including planning timelines, allocating resources, staffing, budgeting, and measuring outcomesOversee the onboarding process for new employeesAnalyze organizational development needs and provide actionable recommendationsDrive the creation of a learner-centric cultureDevelop flexible learning solutions using digital and other methods to address diverse employee needs

What you need to have:

Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and developmentUniversity degreeStrong command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plusFamiliarity with various learning methods, including interactive digital toolsExperience with LMS platformsProficiency in PowerPoint and ExcelSolid business understandingAbility to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholdersClear and confident communication skillsAnalytical and problem-solving mindsetSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
