Job Description · Develop interactive eLearning courses using Articulate Storyline based on approved storyboards, scripts, and design specifications. · Build course interactions using Storyline functionality (layers, triggers, variables, states, branching scenarios, and assessments). · Apply visual design and usability standards to ensure courses are engaging, consistent, and aligned with branding guidelines. · Integrate audio, video, graphics, and animations, ensuring proper functionality and synchronization. · Conduct quality assurance testing to verify navigation, interactions, assessments, and overall course accuracy. · Package and publish courses in required formats (e.g., SCORM, xAPI) to support LMS deployment. · Collaborate with instructional designers, SMEs, and project stakeholders to clarify development requirements and address feedback. · Implement revisions based on review cycles and post-launch feedback. · Follow established ADDIE processes, development standards, and documentation practices. · Support accessibility and usability requirements as defined by organizational standards. · Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.). · Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
