Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage production capacity transfer projects and new product design transfers from global sites to Brazil, ensuring timelines, quality, compliance, and EHS risk mitigation.Drive the deployment of Lean Manufacturing principles, tools, and culture across the Contagem site.Lead Kaizen events and continuous improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing processes and systemic processes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.Develop and maintain project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports for stakeholders.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize resources.Act as a change agent to foster continuous improvement and operational excellence.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory for global collaboration.Proven experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or medical device industry.Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and engage teams at all levels.Solid understanding of Lean principles and experience in Lean deployment.Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent).Experience with global transfer projects and regulatory requirements in medical device manufacturing.Knowledge of Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.GE Healthcare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
