Job Description
The Manager, Leadership & Professional Development designs and delivers scalable programs that strengthen leadership capability and support the growth of a corporate, professional workforce. This role partners closely with HRBPs and senior leaders to identify capability gaps, facilitate high‑impact learning experiences, uphold development standards, and guide conversations that drive accountability and progress. Responsibilities include creating and facilitating leadership and professional development content, supporting onboarding and career growth, integrating digital and AI‑enhanced learning methods, and managing vendors where needed. The role also collaborates cross‑functionally to align development initiatives with business priorities, measures program effectiveness through clear success metrics, and uses data and feedback to continuously refine offerings. It requires strong stakeholder management, proven facilitation with demonstrated outcomes, and the ability to influence leaders while delivering programs that build leadership strength across the organization.

Skills and Requirements
-5–7 years of experience in leadership development, organizational development, or learning & development, with a mix of design, facilitation, and program management.
-Proven ability to design and facilitate learning programs (both in-person and virtual), with curiosity and openness to expand into new methods and technologies.
-Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while learning and adapting along the way.
-Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with a growth mindset and willingness to seek feedback.
-Experience partnering with senior leaders and HR Business Partners to align solutions with business needs — or a strong desire and capability to grow into this partnership space. -Platform experience - have used systems to build learning programs and modules
