Holding an MBA would be an asset + You have a minimum of ten (10) years of direct work experience related to the tasks, with at least two (2) years leading a team as a line manager. Additional experience is an asset + You must have proven negotiation experience; capable of establishing logical arguments and finalizing agreements + You have strong capabilities in operational, commercial and financial management + You have proven experience in complex project management + You are recognized for your leadership and innovation, and have a proven track record in coordinating and managing a team + You demonstrate proficiency across the Bombardier leadership competencies (providing direction, leading change, engendering confidence and trust, driving for results and performance, and building effective teams) + You are comfortable with complex technical topics, and have knowledge of legal terminology and interpretation of contracts + You are familiar with aircraft design, configuration, certification and change management principles + You are detail oriented, focused, rigorous and committed to meeting deadlines + You highly capable of communicating to influence, and are able to work in English and French on a daily basis + Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office environment with knowledge of MS Project + You are able to work on site at our Dorval headquarters at least three (3) days per week, sometimes more as needed, according to the flexible work policy + You are able to travel nationally and internationally for work 20% of the year, as needed **Now that you can see yourself in this role, apply and join the Bombardier Team!** Please note: You don’t need _all_ the skills, knowledge, and experience listed to apply for this position.
