You will achieve 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment(s) (hardware & software). **How you will contribute** You will: + Develop and implement Asset reliability (AR) strategy for the plant ensuring cost-effective implementation of the new ways of work and principles + Implement standardized best practice processes and systems to optimize PM strategies across the plant: Definition of maintenance strategies; Cost reduction and spare parts optimization; Consistent roll-out of PM steps 3,4,5; Master data management and update; Introduction of IL6S tools to support maintenance; Ensure legal, quality and safety compliance + Develop and monitor KPIs and KAIs for the plant AR in conjunction with MEU Tower + Support plant to right-size their Maintenance and Repair (M&R) organization + Perform small group activities (SGA) on the critical line equipment utilizing subject matter experts to develop CIL’s, CL’s, PM’s, and Trainings for technicians and operators + Breakdown analysis and actions implementation to improve the lines performance, MTBF and MTTR + Enable and facilitate PM to AM transfer + Create the shutdown schedules and scopes of work for PM activity windows **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards + An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, Spare parts management, SAP PM module end user knowledge, Technology & Engineering automation basics. + Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
