**Job Description Summary**
The Workplace Experience Lead is a key member of the Cushman & Wakefield onsite account team for the client. This individual will be responsible for supporting the implementation of a workplace experience program that leverages technology, workplace design, amenities, and services to help drive employee engagement and retention for our client – ensuring people feel productive, healthy, and happy in a frictionless workplace.
This individual will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day tasks and initiatives carried out by Workplace Experience Coordinators within a dedicated region to ensure results related to all employee experience and customer satisfaction KPIs are delivered, providing timely and quality service delivery.
The ideal candidate will be hospitality-focused, showcase a contagiously positive attitude with exceptional leadership and communication skills, and have the ability to support facilities management and operations professionals while managing a team in a faced-paced environment.
**Job Description**
+ Provide continuous support to employees assisting users in the workplace. This includes, providing employees with relevant tools, training, and information to effectively carry out day-to-day tasks.
+ Act as the captain of assigned location(s) with accountability over the workplace and user experience. This includes being an expert on site-related information, space types, equipment, and technology available to users in the workplace.
+ Assist the Workplace Experience Manager implement experience related guidelines, best practices, training, and standards for employees and cross-functional service teams.
+ Supervise execution of day-to-day tasks and initiatives carried out by Workplace Experience Coordinators ensuring operations and processes align/comply with client needs and objectives.
+ Administers Workplace Experience team members and third party service provider on-boarding process, including new employee orientation, training, equipment and software ordering.
+ Establish appropriate space coverage and employee work schedules based on client needs as well as assigning tasks and cross-training staff to perform multiple duties as back-up.
+ Regularly assess space readiness ensuring workspaces, conference rooms, and offices are safe and employee ready; communicating remediation to appropriate personnel where required.
+ Log, dispatch, and monitor user requests and work orders related to workplace assistance, facilities management, and technology, ensuring timely completion and quality service delivery.
+ Provide support for employees transitioning to and working within an unassigned and oversubscribed environment, including support for equipment and processes, introducing, and reinforcing protocols & etiquette.
+ Ensure complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions from employees are addressed and conduct follow-up, if needed.
+ Collect quantitative and qualitative data measuring workplace experience delivery. This includes creating reports, sharing key findings and behavioural trends with leadership and cross functional teams.

**Important education**
Four-year college/university degree / Minimum high school degree Or 4-7 years of hospitality experience in lieu of a degree
**Important experience**
Minimum 2 years of managerial/people management experience in related fields: hospitality/travel, retail, real estate services, or change management.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. May be required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $76,500.00 - $90,000.00
