Responsibilities
Responsible for training and motivating staff on all facets of knowledge and customer service required for a Spa Attendant to perform at the highest level of confidence in their position. Training will include all onboarding of new staff in the department, by creating and implementing an in-depth training plan, with a strong knowledge and customer service focus. Following successful completion of on-boarding, training will continue with regular coaching and training of staff in using their resources to assist and guide our guests, develop problem solving and customer service skills, through direct monitoring of interactions with guests.
This position also assists the Spa Services Assistant Manager with training and development, communication between the team and management.
Job Status: Part Time
Pay: $15.95 per hour
Schedule (Days & Hours worked): Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Shift availability between 6am - 9pm.
Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.
Limited experience required (1-2 years previous experience in same or related field).
CPR/AED certification required within 90 days of employment
Valid Driver’s license and acceptable driving record to meet Group C Driving Requirements
