Job Description

We are looking to add a Lead Welder to our growing 2nd shift. This position is going to be a working lead where you will drive a team of 5-15 employees, ensure builds are getting done on time and will assist in areas that need assistance. This role will require you to MIG weld on stainless steel so you must be proficient in that aspect of welding along with leading a team of welders/fabricators. A lot of the work is custom welding so reading prints is also crucial along with thinking and working on the fly.

It is required that you can work around materials whether its inside or outside of the products and weld in a variety of positions.

Direct Hire Opportunity

Pay is TBD on skills but it ranges from $35 - $45 per hour.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
