Lead User Experience Developer
**Job Description** Join our Customer Insights and Analytics team to design and deliver data-driven experiences that help teams make faster, better decisions across Oracle Health Advance, Process Analytics, and Oracle Health Customer 360. We’re looking for a lead-level individual contributor who can drive UX strategy and execution end-to-end for complex, data-intensive products, partnering closely with product, engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders. **Responsibilities** **What You’ll Do** + Own UX for complex, data-rich experiences (dashboards, tables, filters, drilldowns, workflows), from discovery through delivery. + Lead cross-functional design work for initiatives that span multiple products and stakeholder groups. + Define and evolve UX standards and best practices across the portfolio (patterns, interaction models, reusable components), and drive adoption with partner teams. + Facilitate design sessions and workshops (journey mapping, process flows, design critiques, stakeholder alignment) with diverse audiences. + Produce information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes to communicate intent and validate solutions. + Present and defend design decisions with clear rationale grounded in user needs, data, usability principles, and business goals. + Partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation, including UX review, iteration, and design QA. **What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months)** + Established or strengthened portfolio-wide UX standards and patterns for analytics workflows and improved consistency across products. + Delivered multiple high-impact features from concept to release with strong stakeholder alignment. + Improved usability of key workflows (for example, clearer navigation, faster time-to-insight, reduced friction in filtering and drilldown experiences) through iterative design and feedback. **Required Qualifications** + Proven experience leading UX design for enterprise and or data-intensive products. + Demonstrated ability to design complex workflows and data visualization experiences (for example, dashboards, reporting, operational analytics). + Strong foundation in usability and UX best practices, with the ability to translate ambiguity into clear design direction. + Expertise with modern design tools (for example, Figma; familiarity with Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus). + Excellent communication and facilitation skills; comfortable partnering with engineering, analytics, product leaders, clinicians, and executive stakeholders as needed. + Ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and momentum. **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in healthcare or similarly regulated, high-stakes domains. + Familiarity with agile product development and iterative delivery. + Experience contributing to or working with a design system (creating patterns and components and driving adoption). + Familiarity with accessibility standards for enterprise software. **Portfolio Requirement** A portfolio is required. Please include a link to your portfolio (or 2–3 case studies) demonstrating your end-to-end design process and outcomes, ideally for enterprise and or analytics-heavy products. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
