**Overview:** We are seeking a highly skilled **Lead Tosca QA Engineer** to oversee quality assurance processes and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in **Tricentis Tosca automation** , strong leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of QA methodologies. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and manage QA automation efforts using **Tricentis Tosca** . + Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks. + Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project teams to define test strategies and ensure coverage. + Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and tools. + Mentor and guide junior QA engineers on Tosca best practices. + Perform root cause analysis for defects and ensure timely resolution. + Prepare and present QA reports to stakeholders. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** + **5+ years** of experience in QA automation, with at least **3 years in Tosca** . + Strong knowledge of **test automation frameworks** , **API testing** , and **test management tools** . + Experience in **Agile/Scrum** environments. + Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. + Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** + Tosca **Automation Specialist** or **Test Design Specialist** certification. + Experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and **DevOps practices** . + Knowledge of **performance testing** and **integration testing** .
