In this role, you will lead a high-performing team of software architects and engineers to deliver world-class cloud solutions on Azure and AWS, directly influencing the digital transformation of the global construction industry. You will work with multiple stakeholders to manage their expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of designed systems by the engineering team. Key Exciting Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a diverse, international team of software engineers and architects to deliver high-quality cloud systems.Collaborate with global stakeholders to manage expectations and turn complex requirements into innovative technical realities.Drive the successful delivery of scalable cloud solutions utilizing modern tech stacks like C#, .NET, and TypeScript.Foster a culture of continuous improvement by recruiting top talent and supporting the professional growth of your team.Work hands-on in our production stack to stay close to the system and the team.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading engineering teams as a manager or team lead preferably within an Agile environment.Skills to support teams in finding out and describing relevant concepts from requirements, and implementation and operation of cloud solutions with the teamSome technical foundations in cloud services development, specifically with Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS.Professional expertise or strong understanding of C#, .NET, TypeScript, or Node development.Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing environmentsFluent English language skills (written and spoken)

Advanced knowledge / experience of Git-based systems and Scrum/Agile processes.
