**Job Title: Lead Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Lead Technician to join our team. You will work on an expansion and new building project, focusing on pulling and installing low voltage cables for telecommunications. Your expertise in CAT5 and CAT6 cables, as well as your basic knowledge of hand and power tools, will be essential in ensuring the success of this project. **Responsibilities** + Pull low voltage cables for telecommunications systems. + Install and set up cabling for new building constructions. + Utilize knowledge of CAT5 and CAT6 cables in various installations. + Handle basic hand and power tools effectively. + Work with conduit and perform conduit bending as required. + Read and interpret blueprints for cable installation. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mechanical and cabling aspects. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in low voltage cable pulling. + Proficient in CAT5 and CAT6 cable handling. + Experience with hand and power tools. + Understanding of conduit and conduit bending. + Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints. + Experience with fire alarm systems and telecommunications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in commercial, residential, and data center cabling environments. + Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic work environment that values safety and expertise.
