5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical project management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.Proven track record in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences across various management levels.Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment.Proven ability to manage large-scale projects with cross-functional teams.Ability to analyze complex data and project metrics to provide insights and recommendations for project improvements and strategic decisions.Strong technical background in network technologies and WAN systems to facilitate informed decision-making and effective communication with technical teams.Experience in managing change within a project or program, including communication strategies to support transitions and adoption of new processes.Able to provide samples of past work, such as status updates to senior leadership or communications on major issues.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience in network project management, particularly in Wide Area Networks.Strong understanding of global network infrastructure and technologies.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in project management tools (including Office, Project, Confluence, and Visio) and methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).PMP or PRINCE2 certification and relevant micro-certifications preferred.Ability to analyze and mitigate risks effectively.Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
