Drive business management excellence across the Home Loan Servicing line of businessCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to deliver business and program management objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsIdentify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain operational efficiencyImplement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technology portfolio management processesChampion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teamMonitor and report on the performance of the technology portfolio, facilitate regular portfolio reviews to assess status, risks, and resource allocation, and make recommendations for adjustments as neededRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
