As a Lead Technical Program Manager at JPMorgan Chase Commercial Investment Bank - Global Payments Technology, you will own end‑to‑end delivery of complex, multi‑team programs that advance firmwide business objectives. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsStrong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and environment strategy across distributed systemsExperience driving cross‑functional programs with complex dependency maps across multiple platforms, lines of business, and third‑party partnersAbility to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, success metrics, and benefits‑realization plans with clear OKRsProficiency with program and portfolio tools and reporting (e.g., Jira, Confluence), including building dashboards and using data to guide decisionsDemonstrated ability to embed risk, control, security, and compliance requirements into program planning and executionAdvanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and servicesProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
