5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationOKR/KPI Management: Experience in setting, tracking, and analyzing Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) is essential. This skill ensures that the TPM can align projects with strategic goals and measure success effectively.Proven ability to lead and own complex technical programs, including coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that technical requirements are met. This requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to align different stakeholders.Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:  Influence teams towards a singular goal through crisp and clear articulation of tasks and responsibilities. Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop solutions to complex technical challenges.
