Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 5+ years of applied experience.Expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization.Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.Proficiency in technology stacks such as JAVA/Python.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods.Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security.Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions such as Terraform in Cloud.Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients.Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
